Cancelation Policy

We charge a 40% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% for 24 hours and 100% for same day cancellations and no-shows. Stylist may also require a deposit for future booking.

Late Policy

We ask that you always reach out if you are running behind for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you appointment will be cancelled and we may require a deposit for future booking.
